Mask Mandate Continues at our Clinics

As of June 11, 2022 we will still continue to require everyone who enters our clinics to wear a medical grade mask. We are unable to maintain social distancing while providing effective care.

• A medical grade mask will be provided at the clinic entrance if you do not have a mask with you.
• Those who refuse to properly wear a mask will not be permitted entry.
• Respirators, or masks with valves, and cloth masks are not permitted.
• Speak with us if you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask, we will work with you to accommodate your needs.
